Rachel gets tickets to the Olympic Park “London Prepares” event. First morning session women’s international hockey, two games featuring China v Korea and Great Britain v Argentina. Its dull and cold but the rain just about stays away.

The hockey will be held in the Riverside Arena. GB win the Hockey 2 – 0 in an excellent game. The BUCS University athletics is on in the main stadium plus various other events in the park and there’s big crowds. Hopefully it will be a lot warmer in August.
A visit to the Nikon specialist Grays of Westminster in London. The result – new Nikon primes.
Easter Saturday. Ray and Lauren admires the rather deep hole. The footings for the first part of Wall B are almost complete. The toe still to be dug at the bottom will go down and underneath next door.
A cold early morning ride from Burpham to Godalming.
