Passed Building Control inspection in the morning.  Steel has been insulated and walls prepared for bifolds next week.

My job has been replacing bedroom doors upstairs.  Borrowed lights above doors have gone.

A relatively quiet weekend. Work commenced installing the door frame to garage and piers for bifolds.  Building Control due to visit tomorrow (Weds).  Ian has been around helping lift the parquet flooring.

A quiet Friday.  Partition from hall to new area plus understairs cupboard well underway.  And insulating for a cold weekend.

A busy day as the steel goes in.

New piers required for the bifolds and the old blockwork not up to the job.

Noggings to repair the landing floor progressing.

After a weekend and Monday off, steel arrived Tuesday morning and span across bedroom/dining room now in place.  The Portaloo has also been replaced after the old one blew over in Saturdays wild storm.

Kitchen door blocked up and knocking an opening to garage. Plus I’m working on the mess that is the landing floorboards.

First wall to go is between Bedroom 4 and the Hallway.

Plasterboard between Dining Room and Kitchen retained as a partial dust barrier.  Steel is now in place
