First wall to go is between Bedroom 4 and the Hallway.

Plasterboard between Dining Room and Kitchen retained as a partial dust barrier.  Steel is now in place

Electrician on site early to secure all wiring on walls to be taken down.  Work started removing the kitchen/dining room wall.

Delayed full start to wall removal, but plumber was on-site for an early start. Letters dropped to neighbours. Radiators have been removed/capped.  Relocation of under-floor copper pipework ready for installation of vertical wall mounted rads.  Refilling of system and bleeding of rads created a few problems although system up and running at close of play.  This caused the cementing of new exposed pipework to be put off until Day 2.
