Managed to get a few pics just before the digger arrived and the mayhem begins.

Keeping away from R&G and enforcing appropriate PHE separation and distancing rules.  No access to the house and no tea and biscuits.

Work restarts after the Christmas/New Year break.  Hall doors being fitted and carpet coming up for the new floor which will be laid Tues/Weds/Thurs.

Patio is close to completion with pointing using Easyjoint resin. Kitchen fit also progressing. And lots of painting.

Kitchen install progressing. Minor problem  – boxing in is required to hide the extractor pipework above the wall cupboards.

Shed/summerhouse has been dragged on to the lawn so a new base can be constructed lower and closer to the south wall, thus less dominating and making more room for the patio.

Six weeks have now passed and work is close to completion.  Unfortunately further poor weather has delayed the patio.  However, the kitchen install is progressing well.
